Payment Policy
- Bookings Confirmed only after 30% – 40% Advance Payment (70% for 4 – Star Hotel), within the cut off time period.
- The remaining must be settled on the day of arrival. Please ensure payment is completed immediately after hotel check-in and before the commencement of the tour.
- All bookings must be made in advance with valid ID proof.
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Any delay in payment may result in auto-release of bookings without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date will be considered from the day the request is received.
- Cancellation Received on or before 30 days, The full package Cost will be refunded with a 10% Processing Fee (after deducting applicable processing and banking charges).
- 50% refund for cancellation received 20 days in advance or more.
- No refund for cancellation received less than 20 days in advance.
- In case of government restrictions (weather, ferry, etc.), rescheduling will be assisted. Refunds are subject to third-party vendor policies.
- Due to strict hotel and ferry retention rules, peak season bookings are non-refundable or as per Hotels and ferries refund policies.
- No refund will be provided for any cancellations between 15th December and 15th January, regardless of the reason.
- During this period, hotels, ferries, and vendors follow 100% retention policies, which are directly applicable to guest bookings.
- Date changes, postponements, or last-minute cancellations during peak season are treated as cancellation with full retention.
- If a guest cancels the booking after paying only the advance amount, the guest is still liable to bear full cancellation charges as per hotel, ferry, and vendor policies.
- In cases where vendor retention exceeds the advance paid, the guest must clear the remaining balance cancellation amount as per supplier rules.
- Andaman Views acts as a service coordinator and cannot override supplier retention policies.
Refund Policy

- Refund timelines may vary depending on supplier processing cycles.
