You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the local courts in Port Blair and the Calcutta High Court (Circuit Bench at Port Blair), Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.

Relationship of Parties
